We take the privacy of personal data very seriously.

PIT will not sell and/or provide your personal information to third parties. 

We only process personal data for the purpose for which they were provided and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Telecommunications Act.

Your data at PIT

​

If you have registered for our newsletter , have requested a download , have completed a contact form and do not wish to receive an e-mail from us in the future, you can unsubscribe at any time by means of a link at the bottom of the e-mail or by to contact us. Your e-mail address will be immediately removed from our file and will not be saved.


Your personal data is stored in our e-mail system and this goes through the servers of  WIX. WIX .'s servers  are located in the United States. Your data may be transferred, stored and processed in the United States. The transfer of this data takes place on the basis of the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. You can find more information about WIX's privacy policy  here . In addition, we share data obtained by downloading a free document with Facebook in order to create advertising target groups.


You can find more information about Facebook's privacy policy  here . Your data may also be transferred by Facebook to the United States. For what purpose do we use the personal data?

The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:

je  name  and  e-mail address  we use it to send (commercial) newsletters and retargeting for Facebook advertisements. We only do this with data that you have entered via the download of free documents, not with the data entered via the e-mail or contact form.

When you fill in our contact form, your  name  and  e-mail address  necessary to provide you with a response.

By providing the data to us, you give us permission to use the data for the above purposes.

The personal data you enter on PIT  are always treated confidentially and are not disclosed to third parties.

 

Communication


When you send us an email or other messages, we may keep those messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal information that is relevant to the situation in question. This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your requests. The data is stored on PIT's own servers or those of a third party (WIX).  

 

PIT (work)Shop

We use your data to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. PIT will not sell and/or provide your personal information to third parties. Your data will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in processing your order.

 

When making a payment in the PIT shop, you are always referred to the website of a so-called Payment Processor for the transaction through a secure connection. Your payment details (credit card number, PayPal login or iDeal details) are not passed on to our servers and are not stored by PIT. The only data we store are your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and IP number, in order to be able to provide you with the purchased product after the transaction.

 

If you start a transaction and it is not completed, your transaction data (name, address, email and IP) will be deleted from our server within 14 days.

We use this address for the correct delivery of your order.

If we want to inform you about your order, we will also do this by telephone at certain times. This is  never required to complete.

Your payment details are sent directly to the bank via a secure connection.

  • IP address

Your IP address is stored when you place your order to recognize abuse during payment.

  • E-mail address

With every order you will receive a confirmation and invoice by e-mail as soon as we have received your order.

If it is an order that will be shipped, PostNL (or myparcel) will send an e-mail on my behalf with the track & trace code.


You can always contact us if you want to have your data removed.


Security personal data

Retention period

We do not store your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. When you unsubscribe from our e-mails, your personal data will be deleted from the system at the latest at the end of the relevant month. 

We keep the data in our accounting and CRM system for at least 7 years, among other things to comply with all our legal obligations.
  This data will be deleted by us within 1 year after the expiry of this obligation. 

The above term applies, provided that we have further legal obligations to keep the data for a longer period of time and/or to keep it available.

Personal data in  client and therapist relationship


As your treating therapist, I alone have access to the data in your file.  I have a legal duty of confidentiality (professional secrecy).

​

For a good treatment it is necessary that I, as your treating therapist, have a
file construction. This is also a legal obligation imposed by the WGBO. Your file contains
notes about your state of health and data about the performed
investigations and treatments.


Information is also included in the file that is necessary for your treatment
and which, after your explicit permission, I have requested from another healthcare provider
for example at the doctor's office.


I do my best to ensure your privacy. This means, among other things, that I:
handle your personal and medical information with care, make sure
  that unauthorized persons do not have access to your data.


The data from your file can also be used for the following purposes:
To inform other healthcare providers, for example when the therapy has been completed or when a
referral to another practitioner. This only happens with your explicit permission.


For use for observation, e.g. during my absence. Or for anonymous use during peer review. A small part of the data from your file is used for the financial administration, so that I or my administrator can draw up an invoice.


If I want to use your data for any other reason, I will inform you first
inform and explicitly ask for your permission.
This data in the client file remains as in the treatment agreement law
is required to be kept for 15 years.


The care bill that you receive contains the information requested by the health insurer
so that you can declare this bill to your health insurer.

• A short description of the treatment, such as 'treatment
naturopathy', or '(hypno)therapy.'
• The costs of the consultation


*Not on invoice, but on the  intake form.

 

Amendments

 

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time.

The changes will come into effect at the announced time of entry into force.
